Return Policy

At Pemberton Valley Hardware & Building Centre, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Stock Items

Regular stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Receipt Required

A valid receipt is required for all returns. We are unable to process returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.

Special Order Items

Special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items ordered specifically for a customer that are not regularly stocked in-store.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality, and resale reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

Electrical items
Custom cut products, including wire, rope, pipe, wood or similar materials
Special order items
Final sale items
